Osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky hasičů-lezců při mimořádných událostech

Abstract

The presented thesis deals with the topic of personal protective equipment (action wear, inner layer, safety helmet, gloves, balaclava, snow gaiters, glasses) of firefighters – climbers at extraordinary events. The introductory part defines the work of a firefighter – climber. This part is followed by a chapter about the difference between personal protective means used at work and rescue in the height and free depth and those used at other extraordinary events. There in after I evaluate the personal protective equipment used in the Czech Republic and selected foreign countries. The objective of the thesis is to suggest the optimal personal protective equipment to improve safety and comfort of the firefighters-climbers in action.
