Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the possibility of combining solar and hydrogen technologies into one common system. The first chapter is theoretical analysis of solar technology. The second chapter provides a theoretical analysis of hydrogen technology. The third chapter is made practical measurement of hydrogen production using the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The fourth chapter contains practical measurement of electric energy from hydrogen using the PEM fuel cell. The fifth chapter is a theoretical description of a hybrid power system experimental laboratory fuel cells VSB-TUO. In this chapter there are the results of measurements on hybrid energy system. The sixth chapter contains a calculation of individual parts of the energy efficiency of the hybrid system and the overall efficiency of this system. In the seventh chapter, there is a theoretical calculation of the possible amount of hydrogen produced from solar energy panels using data in the database PVGIS.
