Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals with the risk analysis during jobs carried out in heights and above free depth.The first part gives a legal framework concerning this issue. Subsequently, means of personal and collective protection of people at work in heights and above free depth are presented. The last part provides detailed analysis of the specific construction activity on Šance dam which took place in 2012 and 2013. The thesis points out specific shortcomings on the construction site in the area of OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH and SAFETY and based on this analysis appropriate technical and organisational measures have been designed which will be used during the planned construction of Nové Heřminovy dam.
