Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with selection and recruitment which is a part of human resource management and has an impact on quality of workers in an organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and to suggest possible improvements of the process of selection and recruitment of employees of the Varroc Lighting Systems company. Methods used during the processing of this bachelor's work are internal documents analysis and an interview with a personalist. Theoretical part is focused on human resources management and the process of selection and recruitment of employees. Current structure of employees and the process of selection and recruitment of employees are described in the practical part and there are also possible improvements suggested.
