Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with issues connected to personal identification in area of electromobility, especially with usage of biometrics. Purpose of this thesis is to create a complex verification software using fingerprints to identify the user. Theoretic part is dedicated to the description of standards specifying data record interchange format for storing, recording and transmitting the information from one or more finger image. Software application was created in development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 using C# language and the samples were stored into the database which was implemented in Microsoft SQL. The last step was to test the reliability of the software.
