Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessing real estate compensation as regards extraction over environmental limits. It briefly describes the history of brown coal mining in Ústí nad Labem region, methods and forms of mining and recultivation after the mining process. The extent of the compensation for the real estate and allotments is inluenced by the offer of a coal mining company and by the possibilities of relocation in case of mining process. The amount of the financial compensantion is documented on the pattern calculations of indemnification of the owners. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the model indemnifications of the owners, which is calculated from the estimated value of three variantions of the real estate in Horní Jiřetín, increased by a sum offered by Czech Coal a.s. in case of chosen variantion of the financial indemnification. The conclusion is dedicated to a survey whether the Czech Coal a.s. offer would be interesting for the owners or not.
