Integrovaný plán rozvoje statutárního města Havířova

Abstract

In programming period 2007-2013 big towns can realise its development by the Integrated Development Plan of the Town. Integrated Development Plan of the Town is the basic blueprint paper of the town which enables development by usage the support from European structural funds. The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyze outside and inside factors which influence final quality of the IPRM. The next objective is to confirm the hypothesis: "condition of the successful Integrated Plan is to have compact projects which agree the development strategy", "reason of the unseccessful getting grant in municipalities is the fact that they dont use the help of external firms", "reason of the unsuccessful getting grant in municipalities is forceful influence of policy on the project management." First chapter is about the possibilities of structural funds for the development of the towns. Second chapter is concerned with preparing of Integrated Development Plan of the Town of Havířov. The aim of last chapter is analyze factors which influence quality of IPRM and confirm hypothesis as well.
