Abstract

The subject of the diploma work is a building conversion into a facility designed for the institute of marketing communication. The adaptations are realized according to the investor´s requirement not to fundamentally modify bearing constructions. The diploma work includes the elaborated project documentation for building permits, budget and calculations, time schedule and technological specification of demolition works. The solution is based on the work assignment, requirements of investor and respects all the relevant valid legislative regulations.
