Abstract

This thesis project includes the reconstruction of the block of flats at Street Dolní 95 Ostrava Zabreh. The project includes an adjustment internal layout of the flats, insulation envelope with the replacement of windows, so that the requirements on the energy performance of the building. The project also addresses the heating of the building including the design source, which is a gas heat pump in combination with a gas boiler. Modification of existing elements heating system with forced circulation. The project deals with forced air ventilation. Any proposed modifications were designed in order to reduce the energy demand for a building.
