Abstract

My Bachelor Thesis is focused on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME). The aim of this study is to prepare the background of drawing the business plan for entrepreneurs.

In the first part of the thesis I focused on determination of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, its role, advantages and disadvantages. I described the definition of macro and micro enviroment, Porter 5 forces analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. The second part of the thesis is focused on characterization of enterprise, its formation, subjekt of activities and main goals. In the third part of the thesis is focused on analysis of macro and micro environment, Porter 5 forces analysis and on the basis of acquired information and knowledge I carried out the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis provided me with strengths and weaknesses of the enterpise. The strengths are following : the quality of servises provided, good quality cars. The weaknesses are following: highly competitive market within the country and EU, high outstandings and have not web. I propose the following suggestions: increase in efficiency of promotion, usage of web. The threats for company are represented in growing foreign competition, increase in operating cost an high oil prices.

I had to draught the projected cosi and revenues for next period. The outcome of this plan was that cash flow will be negative for next period.
