Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na dve časti. Prvá stavebná časť rieši projektovú dokumentáciu rodinného domu splňujúca príslušne normy a požiadavky. Druhá časť TZB rieši vykurovanie rodinného domu vrátane ohrevu teplej vody. Systém vykurovania je navrhnutý na nízkoteplotné podlahové vykurovanie v kombinácií s vykurovacími telesami a ako zdroj energie bude tepelné čerpadlo typu zem – voda, ktoré rovnako slúži aj pre prípravu teplej vody. Súčasťou práce je spracovanie výpočtu tepelných strát rodinného domu, vyhodnotenie stavebných konštrukcií a vytvorenie energetického štítku obálky budovy. Bakalárska práca obsahuje technické správy, výkresy a prílohy.

The theme of this thesis is to design family home heating. The Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part addresses the construction project documentation of a family house fulfilling relevant standards and requirements. The second part of building technology solves house heating including hot water. Heating system is designed for low temperature floor heating in combination with radiators and as an energy source will be a heat pump earth - water, which also serves for hot water. The next part of the work processes calculating the heat loss of the family home, evaluation structures and the creation of the label of the building envelope. The Bachelor thesis includes technical reports, drawings and attachments.
