Abstract

The objective of this dissertation is influence of production technology on structure ring properties and origin of surface and internal defects of the low-alloyed steel 42CrMo4. Exordium is devoted to analysis of deformation during rolling of rings and analysis of production process in Brück AM. The next one is dedicated to analysis and identification of defects, their characteristic after individual technological operations which lead to the final demage. Brück AM produce flat and profiled ring particularly bearing ones which are imployed in various industry branches. Product assortment is applied in aerospace automotive and engineering industry. Defects as out of roundness crack, overlap or porosity can be identified undes some process conditions on the hot rollig rings that are produced from ingot or CCB that contain macrosegregations. Number of ring rolling mills goes up constantly in the world.
