Analýza procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on subject of selection and adaptation of employees in Celní ředitelství in Ostrava. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the existing system of selection and adaptation of the company's employees on the basis of the findings and recommendations to develop proposals for improving the processes. The work is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. The first section summarizes the basic knowledge on the issue, which serves as the basis for the next part. Second, a practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company, including a description of the selection and adaptation of employees in it. Deeper analysis of the problem was based on a questionnaire survey. Proposals and recommendations that could lead to improvements and higher effectiveness of selection and adaptation of the company were based on the results of this survey.
