Analýza elektronického bankovnictví v ČR

Abstract

The goal of my thesis was an analysis of electronic banking in the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter describes the development electronic banking, characterized the possible causes of a direct connection with the bank. The next chapter contains an analysis of single electronic devices - the type of phone, computer and mobile banking. The fourth chapter (practical part) was only given to Internet banking. For this part of the Czech banks have been chosen markets: the Czech Savings Bank, CSOB, Raiffeisenbank and Postal Savings bank. Individual banks have been detailed in our chosen criteria K1 - K7. The fifth part of the final thesis contained a calculation of the best options. For the evaluation criteria chosen scoring method was used, and Fullers method of paired comparisons.
