Abstract

The thesis focuses on constructional-technical, static and traffic arrangement of garages. The work constitutes a study concerning an underground car park project plan within the Technical University of Ostrava campus. In the first part of the thesis, integration of the car park within the campus as well as geological suitability is dealt with. The traffic-technical part presents a solution to static traffic problems, suggests parking places layout in the car park, traffic organization and approaches to existing roads. Further on, the study brings a constructional-technical solution to a suggested constructional system and fire safety of the underground car park. The rooftop is formed by verdure adjustable to a park or sports field. The author of the thesis has made use of knowledge acquired in the course of university study. The work contains 61 pages of text, 4 graphic designs and visualization.
