Abstract

Martin Žaloudek, Urban Study of the House-Building on Rudolf Tomášek Street, located in the eastern part of the town of Studénka, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Municipal Engineering, Ostrava 2014, Tutor: Ing. Karel Malík; 62 pages. The thesis deals with designing of variant house-building concepts of family houses using the study in the location of Rudolf Tomášek Street in the town of Studénka. In this area, a new ground plan specifies the areas of housing, the areas of traffic infrastructure, and the areas of concourse. The chosen version, which emerged from economic and other analyses, was further developed in consideration of the ground plan and limits of the area, focusing on proper form and orientation of designed objects. The study of chosen version aims at the concept of technical and traffic infrastructure including adjustment of concourse and green vegetation as well.
