Abstract
This thesis deals with the recrutiment and selection of the employees in the organization. The aim is to evaluate the process of recruitment and selection of the employees in the selected organization and give suggestions to improve the process of recruitment and selection of the employees. The first part focuses on the theoretical point of view the process of recruitment and selection employees. The second part presents a selected organization, UNICON Ostrava Ltd. The third part is devoted to analyzing the current state of recruitment and selection of the employees in the organization UNICON Ostrava Ltd. The last part consists of proposals and recommendations.
