Územní studie lokality mezi ul. Velká a Pivovarská v Ostravě

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat návrh nového využití území lokality mezi ulicemi Velká a Pivovarská v Ostravě tak, aby byly veškeré návrhy v souladu s Územním plánem a limity města Ostravy. Návrh je zpracován formou územní studie. Práce obsahuje především urbanistické řešení dané lokality tak, aby návrh zapadal do okolní zástavby a měl vhodnou hmotovou formu a orientaci. Bylo zpracováno variantní řešení a jedna z nich byla zpracována podrobněji a dovedena do konečné podoby. V této vybrané variantě byl dále zpracován návrh dopravní a technické infrastruktury a veřejných prostranství. Studie je zpracována na základě urbanistických a technických podmínek v území. Součástí práce je i orientační ekonomický propočet a zdůvodnění navrhovaného řešení.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to generate a proposal for a new utilization of the area located between Velka and Pivovarska streets in Ostrava which would be in concord with the Ostrava's urban planning and the limits there. The proposal is prepared in the form of land-use study. The thesis consists particularly of an urbanistic solution of the given location aiming at fitting the proposal into the surrounding buildings and having a suitable form and orientation. Several variants of the solution were prepared and one of them was elaborated and completed into the final form. This selected variant further presents a proposal for the traffic and technical infrastructure and public areas. The study is based on urbanistic and technical conditions in the area. A rough economical calculation as well as justification of the proposed solution are also included in the thesis.
