Model Homo economicus a jeho nedostatky z pohledu behaviorální ekonomie

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is a desrciption of the homo economicus model and successive comparison and addition of knowledge of behavioral economics. The theoretical part describes homo economicus model including its historical development. In the theoretical-empirical part, the emphasis is placed on the benefits of behavioral economics, which represent a response of shortcomings of mainstream economics through a more realistic model of human.The practical part is devoted to the analysis of economics experiment, whose goal is to prove that people violate selected assumptions of the homo economicus model and confirm the concept of limited rationality.
