Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to evuluate the effectiveness of the investment project in the company, construction delicatessen, which will be implemented by XY. The principal activity of the company is production of bakery products. Because of the sensitive nature of the data, the firm owner wishes not to disclose the company name. The thesis contains theoretical and practical section. The theoretical part is focused on describing the investment decision-making and describes the ekonomic methods in evaluation of the investment project. In the practical section there are the theoretical aspects of assessing the economic efficiency of the investment financed by own funds and analysis of sensitivity is provided. Finally, results are evaluated practical part including recommendations for project implementation.
