Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of Bersi. The works is dividend into two parts, theoretical and practical. It is then folloewed by a description of possible methods that are used for the analysis of internal and external company environment and ofr the analysis of the competitio. The selected methods are used in the analytical part which also contains results of the analysis.
