Vliv kybernetických hrozeb na krizový management organizací

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem kybernetických hrozeb na krizové řízení podniků. V teoretické části nejprve vymezujeme legislativní rámec České republiky a Evropské unie, z něhož mohou vyplývat konkrétní povinnosti organizací, poté se věnujeme propojení krizového řízení s kybernetickou bezpečností, které mají základ v této legislativě. Následně porovnáváme dva klíčové systémy řízení bezpečnosti, Business Continuity Management (BCM) a Information Security Management System (ISMS), a rozebíráme konkrétní kybernetické hrozby na základě dostupných statistik. Praktická část na tyto hrozby přímo navazuje, porovnává je metodou souvztažností a následně formuluje doporučení pro snížení jejich dopadů na organizace a posílení jejich odolnosti vůči kybernetickým incidentům.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the impact of cyber threats on business crisis management. In the theoretical part, we first define the legislative framework of the Czech Republic and the European Union, which establishes specific obligations for organizations. Then, we explore the connection between crisis management and cybersecurity, which is based on this legislation. We subsequently compare two key security management systems, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Information Security Management System (ISMS), and analyze specific cyber threats based on available statistics. The practical part directly follows from these threats, compares them using the method of correlation, and then formulates recommendations to reduce their impact on organizations and strengthen their resilience to cyber incidents.
