Zhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of employee satisfaction. It is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part addresses the issue of human resource management with a focus on employee satisfaction. The basis for the practical part of the diploma thesis is a food production company. A written questionnaire is used to determine the current state of employee satisfaction at the Olomouc plant. Based on the results, subsequent recommendations are proposed.
