Abstract

Human competences and skills are the essential factors through which organizations gain advantages over competitors and thus enabling them to achieve success. Therefore it is essential to have an organization of employees who help her adapt to dynamically changing situation on the domestic and foreign markets. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of sourcing and selection of employees in an organization. The theoretical part provides basic concepts of the process of recruitment and selection of employees and description of the selected organization. In the analytical part, observational methods, a sociological questionnaire and consultation with the company management were used to creation of a detailed description of the current process of recruitment and selection of staff. Based on the information from the employer and the employees were made suggestions and recommendations which lead to streamline both the process of recruitment and the selection process of employees.
