Abstract
This thesis focus on the performance evaluation of the sales team in a company RADIOHOUSE. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to develop theoretical knowledge about motivation and remuneration of employees and to elaborate the characteristics of the selected company. Furthermore, the theoretical background dealing with the methodology of data collection was established. Based on these theoretical foundations, the practical part was developed, which includes a qualitative focus group investigation. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to find out information about the current state of motivation and remuneration of the sales team in the company and to identify opportunities for performance improvement. Part of the bachelor thesis are the author's recommendations that will help to improve the performance of the sales team in the company.
