Abstract

This diplomy thesis deals with design solutions prefabricated office building in low-energy standard.. The work addresses the thermal and technical characteristics of the building, design and design of heating a heat source , internal water supply and sewers . Office building is designed as a two-storey flat roof , the carrier is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton , which is filled with ceramic blocks. The building is located on the grounds of the Nový Jičín.
