Analýza plánu výcviku zaměstanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

In this dissertation I am going to pursue employee training plan analysis in ODRA company, which is part of a DIAMO state enterprise. In the first part, I am describing characteristics of a DIAMO s.e., including all of its affiliates. In the next part, I am covering employee training plan of a DIAMO state enterprise between years 2008 – 2009. In the first part of the analysis, I am describing employee education plan of a DIAMO state enterprise, ODRA affiliate, in the second part, I am analysing individual types of training, in the third part of the analysis, I am stating methods of education, plan, realization and training evaulation and in the last part, I am covering evolution of individual training programs in particular years. In the last part of my dissertation, I am suggesting recommendations which should lead to improvement of the whole employee training process.
