Optimalizace a klinické ověření elektrody pro měření koncentrace glukózy v krvi

Abstract

The thesis consists in modification and optimization of electrode system for glucose concentration measurement. It is necessary to select a suitable HW for on-line recording of measured data and to implement it to the electrode system. This is related to the subsequent creation of a SW application, which will be used to process data on the computer. The aim of this work is to create a complete measuring system with suitable processing, which will be experimentally tested with various electrode materials on solutions with different glucose concentrations. The final analysis of the measured data will make it clear which electrode material is most suitable for this type of measurement.
