Zhodnocení vývoje hospodaření vybraných obcí

Abstract

The diploma thesis entitled Evaluation of the development of the management of selected municipalities focuses on the management of rural municipalities in the Moravian-Silesian Region. It concerns the municipalities from the voluntary association Rýmařovsko, which were selected on the basis of the set criteria. The results of the work show that the municipalities from the association meet about 49% of the amenities compared to the recommendations of the Ministry for Regional Development. The best performing municipality was Malá Morávka, the worst was Jiříkov. Amenities increase with the number of inhabitants in the municipality and with tourism in the municipality. The worst performing area was commercial services, this area cannot be influenced by the municipality. The assessment of the development of the economy from 2017 to 2021 shows that there is no proven dependence of financial indicators on the number of inhabitants in the municipality and that assets tend to grow over time in all selected municipalities, but municipal amenities and municipal assets are not comparable.
