Počítačová kriminalita

Abstract

This thesis focuses on computer criminality and is to point out the expansion of this problem both from the user's and society's point of view and to show which actions are illegal and what the legal and civil consequences may be. The author works in this area and through his experience and knowledge he would like to show how an individual and society can protect themselves against illegal actions. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the basic terminology connected with this area.
