Intenzifikace odvodnění flotačních hlušin

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá intenzifikací odvodnění flotačních hlušin, které pochází z úpravy černého uhlí. Teoretická část popisuje základy flotace, principy flokulace a sedimentace. Experimentální část je zaměřena na intenzifikaci sedimentace flotačních hlušin bez použití koagulantu a s použitím koagulantu Flokor 1,2A. Je testováno několik režimů míchání. Závěrem jsou vybrány tři optimální dávky koagulantu pro intenzifikaci sedimentace flotačních hlušin, včetně stanovení sedimentačních rychlostí.

The bachelor thesis deals with the intensification of the drainage of the flotation debris, which comes from the treatment of black coal. The theoretical part describes the basics of flotation, principles of flocculation and sedimentation. The experimental part is focused on intensification of sedimentation of flotation debris without the use of coagulant and using coagulant Flocor 1.2A. Several mixing modes are tested. Finally, three optimal doses of the coagulant are selected to enhance the sedimentation of the flotation debris, including sedimentation rate determination.
