Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the question whether the system of education and staff development in Gamma Consulting company is set in order to fulfill the motivational function necessary to enhance employees' interest in education and whether it is an effective factor in the development of human potential. Using custom modified tentative human potential evaluation methodology were obtained data, which defined the problems in the education of employees. As the main deficiency was found inadequate training of new employees. Further were proposed measures aimed to eliminate or at least reduce the identified deficiencies and problems.
