Title of thesis: Competitiveness Analysis in Business Services
Name of student: Vladimíra Kůtová
The aim of bachelor thesis is advisement of competitiveness in business services, specifically services in the field of gastronomy and catering. Thesis analyzes the business entourage, focusing on competitive advantage and comparison with other companies. In the theoretical section are described the basic concepts, methods and analyzes which are used in the thesis. The practical part starts with the description of the company. Following analysis of internal business entourage, SWOT analysis, the application of model IDINMOSU that describes indicators and consistent with financial and non- financial indicators of business. The thesis includes a questionnaire disquisition conducted in three companies. There was used Scoring map for disquisition. The results of thesis show the competitiveness of company, its competitive advantages and short-coming of company. There are suggestions and recommendations for the company at the conclusion.
