Posouzení investice v podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením investice v podniku ŽDB DRÁTOVNA a.s. Společnost se rozhodla pro realizaci investice srážecího lanovacího stroje. Na základě nabídek výrobců si společnost vybírá ze dvou variant strojů, které se vzájemně liší cenou, výrobní kapacitou, a částečně výrobním sortimentem. V teoretické části práce je popsáno řízení rizika, financování investic a metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti. Následuje představení společnosti a její stručná charakteristika a popis investičních aktivit. V praktické části jsou aplikované statické a dynamické metody ekonomické efektivnosti na projektu srážecího lanovacího stroje. Na základě výsledků, těchto výpočtů, je stanoveno doporučení, pro výběr varianty s nejlepším výsledkem.

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of investment in the company ŽDB DRÁTOVNA a.s. who decided to purchase and introduce new closing machine in their production line. Based on the offers and technical specifications received from manufacturers, the company consider between two variants which differ in the price, production capacity, and partly a product range. The theoretical part of the thesis describes risk management, investment mechanism and evaluation methods for economical efficiency and following brief introduction of the company and their current investment activities. The practical part of the thesis is focused on application of static and dynamic evaluation methods for economic efficiency. Based on the results of these calculations the final conclusion was summarized to provide clear recommendation about the best solution.
