Abstract

The purpose of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the best selling product of company MEPAC CZ, s. r. o. and to propose an appropriate strategy for increasing sales. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part contains the description of the analysed company. This concerns the following analyses: Porter´s Competetive Model , Core Competency Analysis and SWOT Analysis. The individual analysis are processed in the practical part and they provide the summary of the actual situation. The company can use the new possibilities, increase the sales of the product and ebolish its weak points.
