Návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Nová Ves

Abstract

Záměrem moji diplomové práce je návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Nová Ves. Diplomová práce jako taková popisuje historii lomu, charakteristiku ložiska, technologii dobývání, vývoz materiálu k technologické lince a na skládku, aktuální stav linky, samotný návrh modernizace a technologicko-ekonomické zhodnocení. Návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Nová Ves spočívá v úpravě druhého stupně drcení, následně počítá s instalací třetího stupně drcení, dále s možností sekundárního třídění. Samozřejmostí je terciérní třídění, které nám zaručí finální výrobky. Modernizaci stacionární linky považuji do budoucna za víceméně neodkladnou a pro vývoj trhu v okolí velmi důležitou v rámci konkurence schopnosti Olomouckého, případně Pardubického kraje. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému technologicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení, přínosu navrhovaných řešení a prodeji nových výrobků pro specifické odběratele.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to modernize the stationary line in the Nová Ves quarry. The thesis as such describes the history of quarry, bearing characteristic, mining technology, the export of material to the technological line and the landfill, the current status of the line, the actual of modernization and the technological-economic evaluation. The modernization of the stationary line in Nová Ves quarry involves the third stage of crushing and the secondary sorting. Of course there is a tertiary sorting that quarantees our final products. I consider the modernization of the stationary line to be more or less urgent in the future and very important for the development of the market in the surroundings, in the context of the Olomouc or Pardubice regions competitiveness.
