Abstract

The work deals with the implementation of control algorithms on a laboratory model for industrial control systems PLC. In the theoretical section are summarizes the conditions for the implementation of the controller, especially multidimensional control circuit connected for cascade control. It is the job description of laboratory equipment "Water World," in which all the work was realized. The main issue is the suppression of nonlinearity proportional valve. It was created linearization block using linear interpolation of input data for compute the valve opening, which corresponds to the set flow rate depending on the pressure, which is on the input of the proportional valve. Another solution for suppression of nonlinearity is the implementation of cascade control, when was added to the circuit another controlled variable – flow. Comparison of cascade control, linearizing control block and direct control is performed at the end of the work.
