Finanční analýza podniku

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis is to try to evaluate the financial situation of the company FUS and HARAZIM Ltd. between years 2006 and 2009 using selected tools of financial analysis and try to propose measures, that could lead to the elimination of potential problems and deficiencies.

The diploma thesis is divided into several parts . The first part of my work is devoted to the theoretical knowledge on methods, tools, resources and objectives of financial analysis. The second part of my work is devoted to brief description of the company, its history and present. In the third part is done financial analysis of selected company using the methodological tools described in the first part of my work. The end of the third part summarises the results of which are inferred recommendations.
