Vliv well-beingu na spokojenost a výkonnost zaměstnanců

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis addresses the topic “The Impact of Well-being on Employee Satisfaction and Performance.” The aim of the thesis is to assess the current level of employee well-being in a selected company and to analyze its impact on employee satisfaction and performance. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey in which all employees of the organization participated. Four research questions were established for the study, which aided in the interpretation of the collected data. The results of the research showed that the level of well-being has a direct impact on both employee satisfaction and performance, with improved mental well-being being associated with increased work performance. Based on these findings, recommendations were formulated to promote well-being in the selected organization, specifically the introduction of regular meetings, a review of task distribution, adjustments to the employee benefits system, and the creation of a program to prevent emotional burnout.
