Polyfunkční dům v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technickým řešením novostavby polyfunkčního domu na úrovni dokumentace pro provádění stavby. V první části je řešena stavební část objektu. Dále následuje stanovení tepelně technických požadavků na stavební konstrukce a stanovení ukazatelů energetické náročnosti budovy. V další části práce je posouzeno denní osvětlení vybraných vnitřních prostor. Na závěr je vypracován návrh teplovzdušného vytápění objektu ve spojení s tepelným čerpadlem země-voda. Tento návrh bude ekonomicky porovnán s variantou vytápění radiátory a přirozeným větráním.

The thesis deals with the construction of the new building house, technical solution at the level of the documentation for the execution of the project. In the first part of the thesis is addressed the building part of the object. This is followed by the determination of the insulation requirements for building’s design and the determination of indicators of energy performance of the building. In the next parts of the work is assessed daily lighting of the specific interior areas. Finally, the proposal will be drawn up, including the heating system in conjunction with a heat pump earth-water. This proposal will be economically compared to the variation heating by radiators and natural ventilation.
