Technické památky související s pěstováním chmele a pivovarnictvím na Žatecku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis entitled Technical monuments related to the hop growing industry and brewery in Žatec covers the history of the area and recording the gradual expansion of trade and processing of hop. The work is devoted to a small number of monuments that are categorically categorized by area and their protection. Individual monuments are described in technical terms, the current state and possible future use. In conclusion, it´s a proposal of Žatec to enter the UNESCO World Heritage List as „Žatec - the City of Hops“
