Návrh nového využití bývalého domova důchodců, Velké Meziříčí

Abstract

The thesis deals with the reconstruction of buildings and grounds of a former home for the elderly in Great Mezirici, new uses for the municipality. Specifically, the two wings of the building and the part that connects them. Reconstruction will take place in 3 floors. For municipalities, the original layout unsatisfactory, because it needs to be rebuilt and modernized according to the requirements imposed on the new uses, which are mainly office space, meeting rooms and new modern kitchen that will serve both urban office workers.

The proposed conversion would be achieved by efficient use of space and the creation of a new representative body for the front seat of the city's personality Big Mezirici and improving utilization of available surface area to create the necessary parking spaces.
