Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with position of creditors in the debt relief process.The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical.The first part deals with the characteristics of the insolvency proceedings, the activities of the individual processors and the methods of solving the bankruptcy of the debtor, such as bankruptcy, reorganization and detail debt relief.There are also characterized the creditors institutions and individual types receivables that can be debited.The practical part was analyzed Satisfaction of receivables.The analysis was carried out on 130 debtors. According to the analysis, the whole satisfaction rate of the creditors is about 49%The result of the analysis is not optimal to creditors. In accordance with the result I recommend setting up firm conditions for the process of debt relief e.g. setting up a higher minor boundaries for fulfilling the debt relief.
