Abstract
The objective of this bachelor thesis is strategic analysis of company stores selling mostly chilled and frozen fish. There are related terms and methods described in theoretical part. The practical part concerns with application of the methods from the theoretical part. The main focus is devoted to the analysis of macro and micro environment. At the end of the work, there are suggested recommendations for the leaders of the company.
