Sledování vlivu a.s. TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY – MORAVIA STEEL na kvalitu povrchové vody řeky Olše

Abstract

In the submitted the bachelor thesis are processing data, provided by the Czech Hydro meteorological Institute, which for years have monitored the quality of surface waters of the river Olše which is close to the Třinec steel factory, in the profile Vendryně, river length of 50.6 km and the profile Ropice, river length of 39.9 km. The objective of this thesis was to determine the influence of company on the quality of surface water in the river, monitoring the six selected indicators of whether the twenty-year period, from 1989 to 2008, have not exceeded the authorized legislative levels. Part of this study is a comparison of characteristics in these two profiles - the profile Vendryně laying in front of the steel factory and Ropice the profile, which flows through the water that has been affected by the steel factory. Comparison was made from the data measured in the years 1996 - 1997 and 2007 - 2008. In introductory part of this thesis there are also a description of the area, the natural conditions and characteristics of the profiles.
