ZAJÍCOVÁ, V.:Volumetric study of housing for Seniors in municipalities Zavada. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering, 2018, p.67, Thesis head: Ing. arch. Dagmar Kutá. The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of volume studies of housing for seniors in the village of Závada. The work is done in two variants with a detailed completion of one of them. Variants differ primarily in design and layout. Part of the volume studies is the design of the technical and transport infrastructure and the economic evaluation of the construction. The proposal respects the principles of barrier-free use of the buildings of the outer and inner areas of persons with reduced mobility.
