Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of technical and economic parameters of selected long-term tangible assets. The first part focuses on the importance of selected assets in the economic activity of the company. Furthermore, an explanation of the basic economic concepts related to the assessment of the profitability of property operations. In the next part, the results of the evaluation are interpreted. Comparison of technical equipment and operational performance of the selected asset. Economic comparison of all costs and revenues related to the operation of assets. Tables and charts were used to make the presentation more transparent. In conclusion, there are proposals and possible solutions for improving the operation of selected long-term tangible assets.
