Fúzování podniků

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na otázku fúzí, akvizic a možností hodnocení jejich úspěšnosti. Teoretická část práce se snaží být aktuální, proto je v první části věnovaná kapitola hospodářské krizi a jejímu vlivu na fúze a akvizice, pomocí grafů si představíme vývoj fúzí ve světě a potenciál České republiky. Nastíníme si motivy managementu k fúzím, stručně se věnujeme oceňování fúzí a v neposlední řadě také pojmům jako jsou The Due Diligence Inquiry a Leveraged Buy-outs.

This thesis focuses on the question of mergers, acquisitions and opportunities for evaluating their success. First part devoted to the chapter of economic crisis and its impact on mergers and acquisitions, using graphs we will introduce the development of mergers in the world and the potential of the Czech Republic. There are the motives of the management of mergers, we give a brief evaluation of mergers and, ultimately, concepts such as The Due Diligence Inquiry and Leveraged Buy-outs.
