Analýza exekučních srážek z důchodového pojištění v letech 2012 - 2015 v ČSSZ

Abstract

In the thesis submited there is analyzed a distress process of distress deduction from the pension insurance in years 2012 - 2015 in CSSA (The Czech Social Security Administration). In the first part there are the basic concepts and terms of the distress process explained. Later there is compiled the analyzes of the distress deductions from the pension insurance for each particular month of the period observed. In subsequent part there is a comparison of the successes of the distress tools presented, as well as the evaluation of the distress process. In conclusion, the future steps are suggested, in the meaning of the most efficient selection of the distress tool for the distress process.
