Implementace procesního řízení a automatizace řídicích procesů v praxi

Abstract

This master thesis offers a look at process management from technical and business perspective. Thesis deals with reasons, which led to the birth of this discipline. Also deals with impacts of this discipline that has on its implementation.

Thesis offers a unique look on strategy as on a process and methodology allowing participation of whole society in continuous development of a strategy and definition of strategic objectives.

It deals with agile methodology called SCRUM, which is suitable for implementation of project, which are using technologies BPMS.

The work is also focused on process automatization topic, choosing suitable processes for automatization, including introduction of specific technology called Metastorm BPM.

Practical part, which is described in detail in private part of the master thesis, deals with the implementation of real project. It is from analysis through design, implementation to deployment of the project and its evaluation.
